Payments and invoices
Payments are due within the timeframe listed on the invoice. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
- Deposits secure your slot and kick off planning.
- Final payment is due before launch or delivery.
- Ongoing care plans are billed monthly.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate content, approvals, and access required to complete the work.
- Provide text, images, and branding assets on time.
- Review and approve milestones promptly.
- Confirm legal compliance for your content.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, plugins, and other third-party tools are billed separately unless stated. We will recommend trusted providers.
Warranty and liability
We take care to deliver professional work, but we cannot guarantee third-party platforms or user behavior. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced, and any remaining prepaid fees will be handled fairly.
