1. Introduction

Welcome to Little Bungalow Designs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services provided by Little Bungalow Designs, based in Dulverton, England.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before any design or development work begins.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the website is launched, hosted, or delivered.
• Websites will not be transferred, launched, or hosted until the final payment has been received in full.

3. Hosting & Maintenance

• Hosting is provided through our hosting partner, Hostinger.
• Hosting packages include a domain name for one year.
• Hosting and maintenance options:
• Hosting only: £150 per year
• Hosting + Maintenance: £500 per year or £50 per month
• Maintenance includes website updates, security monitoring, and technical support.
• Renewal invoices are sent annually or monthly, depending on your chosen plan. Failure to renew may result in service suspension.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received, the client owns the rights to their completed website and its content. Little Bungalow Designs retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials as examples of our work. All design and development files remain the property of Little Bungalow Designs until payment is made in full.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel within 36 hours of payment for a full refund.
• If cancellation occurs after 36 hours, Little Bungalow Designs will retain 20% of the total project cost and refund the remaining amount from the deposit.
• Once a project is completed or hosted, no refunds are issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for ensuring any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Bungalow Designs will not be liable for any loss of profits, business, or data arising from website downtime or third-party failures. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or external providers.

8. Amendments & Revisions

Minor adjustments are included before launch. Additional revisions or major redesigns after approval may incur extra fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in English courts.
