The site has to remove doubt, not create it.
When someone lands on a business website, they are usually trying to work out three things quickly: whether the business offers the right service, whether it feels trustworthy, and whether getting in touch looks straightforward. A site that answers those questions well tends to produce more contact.
That means clear service sections, obvious contact actions, useful page flow and enough proof that the business knows what it is doing.
